The Waterworks Golf and Nature Reserves lies between Clapton and Walthamstow in East London, just off Lea Bridge Road. It’s a public 18 hole pitch and putt course and small driving range, with 5 bays.

Stanmore and Edgeware Golf Centre lies between Elstree and Stanmore on Brockley Hill, a stone’s throw away from the M1 (Tel. 0208 420 6222). It’s quite an area for golf, with the venerable Stanmore Golf Club, Edgewarebury, Grim’s Dyke, Hartsbourne, Elstree, Mill Hill, Pinner Hill, and Centenary Park all within a short drive.
